That's funny... kinda

I get a weekly email with my "horror-scope". Usually I find it, entertaining at best... this week i find it slightly disturbing. Only because recently I've been feeling like I've been the "bad" version of myself.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Your first assignment is to practice feeling that everywhere you go you are standing on holy ground. Capitalize that phrase in your imagination -- "I AM STANDING ON HOLY GROUND" -- as you move through the world. Your second assignment, which may at first seem unrelated, is to kick your evil twin's ass. Do it tenderly and compassionately, with full awareness that both you and your evil twin are standing on holy ground. But don't stop kicking until you convince your evil twin to take greater responsibility for his or her personal share of the world's darkness.

Well... I guess it's time to start kicking some ass.

It's been a long time

It's been a long time since I posted anything to this blog. A little over a year. And it's probably because I'm in the same place i was a year ago, wishing i was in a mentos commercial. But then again, there have been a few changes. spent the summer going to local tracks betting on thoroughbreds, and generally loosing
money but having a good time. cause i really only go for the thrill of watching the races... I also got a new phone. A helio, so don't call it a phone. (you have seen those commercials haven't you?) It's pretty cool cause it's got internet and google maps, and music and video and video ringers, and all this cool stuff that is unlimited and included in my $65 a month for 500 minutes... i know i know 500 minutes sounds like a little, but so far this month (20 days) i have used no minutes... well until today when i used 1 minute...
anyway the phone is cool but i'm always calling customer service cause weird stuff is always happening with my phone, like the mysterious new voicemail alert, then when i call, i never have actually have a voice mail... i think it's their way of trying to get me to use my minutes... ok not really.
